Salary: Up to £44K per annum based on Full time, plus up to 10% performance related bonus.

Bright Little Stars Nursery is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Directors, this role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels and platforms.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that promote our nursery’s unique ethos, values, and outstanding early years education services. With your expertise in digital and traditional marketing, you will help us connect with families and communities, driving engagement and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Take ultimate responsibility for all marketing aspects, including digital and offline marketing, strategy development, public relations, and brand management.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and promote a marketing and sales culture within our Head Office and Nursery teams, embodying our key values and unique selling points.
  • Brand Content & Marketing Strategies: Ensure excellence in all branded content and communications. Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive nursery occupancy and brand awareness.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Oversee our digital presence, including website content management, social media strategy, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Material and PR Management: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and manage public relations efforts to enhance our brand presence.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Essential: Exceptional communication skills, marketing team leadership, graphic design proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Desirable: Experience in the Early Years sector and community relationship building.
