Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
  • Vast experience working in an Early Years setting,  with experience of leading a team and managing a room.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, setting an example and display strong leadership skills.
