Leadership experience is desirable but not essential this role is a perfect stepping stone to start your leadership journey.

About the role:

Full Time- 40 hours per week – Flexible shifts between 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. 50 weeks per year (Not term time)

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
  • Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
  • Experience of managing a key group of children
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
  • Empathetic, caring, and friendly
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
