We have exciting full-time opportunities to work with children aged 6 months-4 years in our Impressive State of the Art Barnet Setting. You can work as a key person and build attachments and very unique bonds with your key children . Like each day to be different? WE have the option of working as a Floating Nursery Educator where you work in all our rooms and do not responsibility of having key children. Our beautiful classrooms are fully self-contained with a built-in nappy changing/toileting area, eating area, free-flow outdoor garden and includes state of the art technology for both the practitioners and children to use.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
- A confident understanding of supporting children through a therapeutic approach to behaviour
- Ideally you must live within a 45-minute commutable distance.
- Ability to work off your own initiative
- Understanding of a play-based approach to children’s learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, patient, empathetic, caring, and friendly.
