BLS Hosts Networking Event Bringing Together Leaders Across the Early Years Sector

Here at Bright Little Stars Nursery, we were delighted to host an Exclusive Early Years Networking Event at Madhu’s Restaurant, set within the stunning surroundings of The Grove.

The event brought together inspiring leaders and professionals from across the Early Years sector for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, collaboration and shared purpose.

Valuing Practitioners and Strengthening Our Sector

With the theme “Valuing EY Practitioners as Professionals and CPD Development: Bringing the Early Years Together for Common Goals,” we created a welcoming space to recognise and empower the people who make Early Years education so exceptional.

Together, we explored how we can continue to enhance quality across the sector, support ongoing professional development, and champion inclusion — ensuring that both employees and children feel valued, respected and represented in every setting.

A Gathering of Sector Leaders

We were honoured to welcome experts and representatives from across the sector, including Kido School, Grandir UK, LEYF, Fennies, Realise, Family First Nurseries, Kids Inc, Toots Day Nursery, Storal, Toad Hall, Happy Days Nurseries and the Hub of Early Years.

Their insights and contributions inspired rich discussion around leadership, collaboration, and our shared commitment to strengthening Early Years education.

A Heartfelt Thank You

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us and made this event such an inspiring success. Your passion, expertise, and dedication to excellence continue to drive our sector forward.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected, and more inclusive future for Early Years education.
