As part of our ongoing commitment to the professional development of our staff teams, Bright Little Stars held our annual Room Leader Conference on Thursday 1st June 2023 where leaders from across the group came together for a day full of opportunity.
The theme of the day was further developing leadership skills and understanding their preferred leadership personal colour.
The Room Leaders worked together to consider how their leading colour supported communication with their teams as well as reflected on how this could be adapted, which they presented to the group.
We are proud to continue supporting the growth of the leaders in our nurseries and look forward to planning the next.
At Bright Little Stars we place great importance on the wellbeing and mental health of our staff teams and through this training, our Room Leaders have taken away new tools to empower themselves and their teams to bring greater positivity into their daily routine and techniques that can be used to support this.
