In an industry where financial strains and limited career opportunities are prevalent, we have already begun providing clear pathways for advancement. Our annual Academy is actively offering a range of tailored training opportunities, including mandatory courses and Continuous Professional Development sessions, ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and empowered.
Already, our Key Person Academy has seen tremendous success, boosting staff capabilities and introducing exciting bonus schemes. But our journey doesn’t stop there. We are actively planning accredited management training courses to further enrich our professional development offerings over the next five years.
