Salary: up to £31,000 Per Annum (Including 10% Performance related bonus)
Full-Time | 40 hours | 50 weeks per year

Your Role
- Support the Room Leader in guiding and developing the team
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with EYFS
- Build strong relationships with children, parents & colleagues
- Maintain a positive, high-quality learning environment

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Experience in an EYFS setting
- Confident, organised, and team-focused
- Able to commute within 40 minutes
