What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful activities in line with the EYFS
• Carry out regular observations and assessments to inform planning
• Work closely with families to support every child’s development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Childcare Level 3 or Equivalent – this is a mandatory requirement
• A passion for early years education and child development
• Experience in nursery, preschool, or reception settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, nurturing, and reflective approach
