Location: Barnet
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum –Dependent on experience and including performance related bonus.
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Administrator to join our warm and welcoming team at Bright Little Stars Barnet.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and issuing monthly nursery invoices
- Reconciling fee payments including Direct Debits, childcare vouchers, and Tax-Free Childcare
- Monitoring the nursery revenue account and completing monthly account transfers
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of government funding and supporting documentation
- Tracking outstanding payments and supporting debt resolution
- Maintaining accurate child and family financial records using the EY system
- Preparing monthly financial breakdowns and reports for senior management
- Managing registrations, contracts, and deposits prior to start dates
- Communicating professionally with parents regarding fees, funding, and accounts
- Cross-referencing receipts and charge card transactions and maintaining filing systems
- Managing nursery occupancy movements, including additional sessions, room changes, and waiting lists
- Managing the nursery diary, booking viewings and coordinating visitors
- Maintaining all hard and soft data in line with Data Protection and Confidentiality policies
- Confidently using and managing multiple online systems, including QuickBooks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with database management
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confidence managing multiple Outlook calendars
- Understanding of social media
- A warm, professional, and approachable manner
