Location: 6 months at Stratford (E15 1GL) → then launch & lead our BRAND NEW Hornsey nursery (opening Summer 2026)
Full Time – 40 hrs/week, Start October 2025
Salary: Up to £64,621.44K per annum!
(Inclusive of up to 10% Appraisal Bonus and up to 10% Budgetary Performance Bonus )

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Nursery Manager who will:
- Lead the passionate Stratford team while learning and embedding our culture and curriculum
- Continue your success by opening your own BLS Nursery in Hornsey
- Play a key role in the continued growth and development of our nurseries
- Take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and create an exceptional environment for children and staff
- Support and develop a dedicated team, ensuring they thrive in their roles
- Build strong relationships with local and international families, giving them complete confidence in their child’s care and education
You Will Need:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred)
- At least 2 years’ proven Nursery Management experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering excellence every day
- Excellent communication skills and people management
- Champion staff development and career growth, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling workplace
- Ensuring stable occupancy levels.
- Computer literate and adaptable when working with different software systems
- Excellent business acumen and management skills.
