Location: Watford
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £31345.00 per annum + additional pay based on qualifications
Contract: Year-round role (50 weeks per year)

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
- Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
- Experience of Leading a team in an early years’ environment and managing a key group of children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
- Empathetic, caring, and friendly
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
