Our Annual Deputy Conference 2026 was a highly engaging and inspiring day focused on learning, collaboration and excellence across our nurseries. The morning centred on training around parent expectations and customer service, alongside accredited e-learning to strengthen knowledge and confidence.
In the afternoon, Deputies shared how they have successfully embedded the Bright Little Stars Learning Programme, celebrating best practice and innovation. The day concluded with an informative session on the new Ofsted Toolkit, ensuring teams remain aligned with the highest standards, leaving everyone motivated and committed to delivering outstanding early years education.
