We have exciting opportunities to work in our Mill Hill Nursery as an Room Leader in our wonderful pre-school classroom.
You will have the responsibly of leading your team, including a qualified Teacher as part of your team who will take full responsibility of the teaching element of the pre-school planning and assessments, as well as ongoing support from the Group’s Head of Teaching.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
- Experience of Leading a team in an early years’ environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
- Understanding of a play-based approach to children’s learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
