This is a rare, exciting opportunity, to be one of our Room Leaders, leading our Toddler room with children aged 2-3 years old.
We have high expectations of our Room Leaders, which deserve high rewards! You will have fortnightly Room Leader Meetings alongside the rest of the leadership team to ensure smooth communication and drive quality forwards. You will be supported by 2 Assistant Room Leaders, leading a team of 12 qualified practitioners with up to 30 children.
What we need from you:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years recognised by Gov/OFSTED guidelines
- Experience of Leading a team in an early years’ environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
- Understanding of a play-based approach to children’s learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
