Bright Little Stars brings male colleagues together to share experiences, break down barriers and encourage more men into Early Years careers.

This week, male colleagues from across Bright Little Stars came together for our second Men in Early Years forum, part of our Do Something Bright campaign.

Led by George, our Men in Early Years ambassador, the session offered a safe and supportive space for open, honest conversations about what it means to be a man working in Early Years. Colleagues shared their experiences, discussed the challenges men can face in the sector, and celebrated the valuable contribution men make to children’s learning and development.

Creating a culture where everyone feels welcomed, supported and valued is central to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. As proud members of the MITEY (Men in the Early Years) Charter, we’re committed to challenging stereotypes, championing positive change and encouraging more men to consider a rewarding career in Early Years.
