Love good food and a happy team? Join our Watford kitchen!

We’re recruiting a Kitchen Assistant for our Watford nursery, with a September start. Join our BLS family and enjoy a genuinely brilliant benefits package (including regular salary reviews!) plus a wellness programme with incredible perks. We want the whole team to enjoy their time at work and be happy in their personal lives too.

How we’re usually taught to measure success is “salary and job title”. The BLS way? Salary and job title plus mental health, physical health, free time and loving what you do.
